This Privacy Policy explains how Coin Quro handles your data, in plain English. Read this together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies when you install, sign in to, or browse offers within Coin Quro. It does not cover third-party websites you may open from inside the app.

2. What we collect

Account: Mobile number, OTPs, referral or device tokens you share.
Profile: Your name, if you choose to add it.
Activity: Offer/task progress, wallet events, withdrawal requests, attached proofs.
Payout details: The UPI ID and/or bank account number you enter to receive withdrawals. We use these only to send you your money.
Diagnostics: Error logs, timestamps, basic device info.
Device identifier: A device identifier (such as the Android SSAID) used only to enforce one account per device and to detect fake or duplicate accounts. We do not read your IMEI, SIM serial, or phone number for this.
Messaging: Firebase token if you allow notifications.

What we don't collect: We don't read your SMS, contacts, photos, or call logs. We don't store your debit/credit card numbers or your UPI PIN. We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't knowingly target users under 18.

3. Why we use it

To verify you and prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
To credit or reverse rewards.
To fulfil withdrawals.
To analyse performance and improve the app.
To respond to support requests.
To comply with legal requirements.
To send important notices (including push messages you allow).

4. Withdrawal eligibility

To withdraw, you must complete at least one offer. Balances built only from daily check-in, spin, scratch or referral rewards — with no completed offer — are not eligible for payout.
One account per person and one UPI per account. Using the same UPI across multiple accounts, or running multiple accounts, can lead to withdrawal rejection and suspension.
Rewards earned through fake installs, bots, emulators, VPN/proxy click farming or any manipulation of offer tracking will be reversed, and the account may be suspended.

5. Who we share with

Trusted processors that help us run the app:

Cloud hosting — for app infrastructure.
Firebase — for notifications and analytics.
SMS/email providers — for verification and support.

Advertisers see only what's needed to validate the offer you started. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. How long we keep data

For as long as your account is active and a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, fraud investigation and disputes. Some logs may be aggregated or anonymised earlier. Closed accounts: identifying info is deleted within 90 days; financial records are kept for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law.

7. How we keep it safe

Encryption in transit for all API calls (HTTPS).
Secure token storage on devices.
Restricted access to production systems.
Auth tokens stored hashed.
Sensitive operations require fresh OTP.

No method is perfectly secure — let us know immediately if you suspect access you didn't authorise.

Security tip: We will never email or text you a link asking for OTP, password, or UPI PIN. If you receive such a message, it isn't from us. Report it to [email protected].

8. Your choices & rights

Access — email us and we'll send you everything we have on you within 30 days.
Correction — update your profile in-app, or email us.
Deletion — request account deletion via email; we'll wipe identifying data per the retention rule above.
Portability — get your earning history as a CSV by email.

To exercise rights, email [email protected] from your registered mobile so we can verify ownership.

You can disable notifications anytime in your phone's settings.

9. International transfers

Some processors (like Google Firebase) may store data outside India. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable guidance.

10. Children

Coin Quro is not directed to anyone under 18. If we find an underage account, we close it and reverse all earnings.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect this. Material changes may be highlighted via in-app banners or push.
